How It Works
The Payroll Process
Step One
Staff initiates the transaction through USSD or a unique web portal and proceeds with the application process.
Step Two
DLAY performs client assessment, approves or declines the application, and verifies staff employment status with the company.
Step Three
SPZ delivers the device to the selected PARGO location, communicates through the process, and HR handles monthly payroll deductions. If no payment is made, the device will be locked.
